Can I still order an item that is "Temporarily out of stock."?

You certainly can! This will in fact ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it is back in stock. Please check the item descriptions for ETA (back to stock) date, and contact us if you have any questions.

Note: We do our best to make OUT OF STOCK dates accurate, but we cannot guarantee that we will get items marked "Temporarily out of stock" on the date specified. If you are short on time, please order items that are in stock.

Do you offer personalized items?

We offer a wide range of personalized favors and gifts for your special event. Make your day extra special by adding our custom personalized tags to almost any favor! Please see individual product descriptions for details.

How long does the personalization take?

Personalization normally takes 3 to 5 business days. Be it personalized tags, stickers, boxes, ribbons or monograms, we take great care to meet your specific needs.


What payment methods do you offer?

Ellas Wedding Favors offers wide variety of payment options. You can always use any major credit card. If you desire, you can also use your bank account funds with a PayPal account - just select PayPal Checkout when you are ready to pay for the order.


What is your return policy?

We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the favors you get, let us know within 30 days from the purchase date and we will arrange for the returing of the package(s). Please note the following few rules:

  • Only unused products, in original packaging can be returned.
  • Personalized items (tags, stickers etc.) are non refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake or damage.
  • Food products cannot be returned, only replaced. i.e. honey, chocolate, maple syrup.
