Shipping
What is the processing time for my order?
We ship FAST! Most non-personalized orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days. Personalized items can take a bit longer, 3-5 business days.
How much is the shipping?
You can view the shipping costs once you add items to a Shopping Cart. You will get a qoute for UPS ground, but you can also choose '3 Day Select' service during the checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on the quantity and type of the items you are ordering.
How do I view and track my orders?
You can check your order status 24/7! Whenever an order is shipped out to a customer, an email confirmation with a link to the online UPS tracking is sent out.
What shipper do you use?
We use UPS for domestic orders. You can choose from UPS Ground or UPS 3 Day Select. To learn more about the shipper you can visit www.ups.com
Can I ship to PO Boxes?
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Do you ship internationally to Canada, Australia or EU?
Yes we do! Please go to our International Shipping page for all the details.

What payment methods do you offer?
EllasWeddingFavors offers wide variety of payment options. You can always use any major credit card. If you desire, you can also use your bank account funds with a PayPal account - just select PayPal Checkout when you are ready to pay for the order.

Do you offer personalized items?
We offer a wide range of personalized favors and gifts for your special event. Make your day extra special by adding our custom personalized tags to almost any favor! Please see individual product descriptions for details.
How long does the personalization take?
Personalization normally takes 3 to 5 business days. Be it personalized tags, stickers, boxes, ribbons or monograms, we take great care to meet your specific needs.
Can I still order an item that has 'OUT OF STOCK UNTIL ...' specified on top of the description?
You certainly can! This will in fact ensure that you will be between the first ones to receive the item once it is back in stock. Please check item descriptions of out of stock items to see the date when the item will be back in stock, as we will ship on that day.
*NOTE: We do our best to estimate OUT OF STOCK dates, but we cannot guarantee that we will get items marked OUT OF STOCK on the date specified. If you are short on time, please order items that are in stock.
