Shipping & Delivery
All our orders ship from New York warehouse. We use FedEx as our shipping carrier, and offer sample order shipping via USPS.

Do you send out tracking information?
- As soon as we ship the order to you, we send out an email with the tracking information. You will be able to use UPS site to follow your package.
How long does it take to process an item?
- Non personalized orders will process fast, normally in 1 to 2 business days.  Personalized orders with stickers / tags take 2 to 4 business days to process. Pad printed and engraved order take 7 to 8 busines days to process.
How long does it take for the order to reach me?
- Once processed, the order will arrive to you in 2 to 5 business days to most locations with "FedEx Ground" shipping option.
Do you offer faster shipping?
- Yes we do have 3 day, 2 day and next day options. Email us for details!
Sample order shipping?
- Please note that we reserve the right to ship the sample and small orders with USPS instead of FedEx.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
- The shipping costs will depend on weight and quantity desired. You just need to add items to Shopping Card and use our "Shipping Estimate" calculator.
In a rare case that the Shipping Calculator is way off the actual rates (normally due to remote locations, or extreme weight) we will contact you right away. We reserve the right to cancel the order where this has occured.
Privacy & Security
We do not save any financial information! We do not share any of your information with anyone! We use the latest in web site security to protect you during your visit. All out pages are secure, not just the checkout!
Returns & Replacements
We do accept returns, and we do send out free replacements in rare case of a problem! We have a generous 90 days return policy, which means that you can return any unused merchandise within 90 days (from the purchase date), for a full refund. Customer is responsible for shipping charges, unless the return in due to missing or damaged merchandise. NOTE: Personalized orders, such as stickers or tags are non refundable. This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.
Ordering
We accept phone orders, however we prefer if the order is placed online to eliminate any spelling mistakes. Our online ordering system is straight forward, secure and easy! Note: Modifying shopping cart in order to avoid requirements set on product page is considered abuse of the system and will not be tolerated.
SAMPLE ORDER POLICY: We do accepts sample orders and we have lowered prices for samples considerably. We will accept sample orders for 1-2 items, but abusing the sample prices by ordering just samples will not be allowed. We reserve the right to cancel the order where order only cosists of many samples.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit card Visa, MC, AmEx and Discover. We also accept PayPal! We try to keep our prices competative, so we do not run promotions offten. If you have found a lower total price, email us and we will do our best to match it!
