Shipping & Delivery
Holiday closures:
Our warehouse is closed for all federal Holidays. Our email support is 24/7 so feel free to use "Contact Us" form below with any questions.
 
All our orders ship from New York warehouse. We use FedEx as our shipping carrier, and offer sample order shipping via USPS (more under "Ordering" section).

Do you send out tracking information?
- As soon as we ship the order to you, we send out an email with the tracking information. You will be able to use FedEx site to follow your package.
How long does it take to process an order?
- Non personalized orders will process fast, normally in 1 to 2 business days.  Personalized orders with stickers / tags take 2 to 4 business days to process. Pad printed (wine glasses, coasters etc.) and engraved orders take 7 to 8 busines days to process.
How long does it take for the order to reach me?
- Once processed, the order will arrive to you in 2 to 5 business days to most locations with "FedEx Ground" shipping option:

Do you offer faster shipping?
- Yes we do have 3 day, 2 day options. Email us for details!
- 3 Day Select is now available during checkout! *NOTE this is only carrier transit time and doesn't include the processing / production time.
* Shipping refers to business days UPS / FedEx need to delier the order once the package is in their hands. See examples below 3 Day Select:
1. Package ships on Monday with 3 Day Select: guaranteed delivery is Thursday
2. Package ships on Tuesday with 3 Day select:  guaranteed delivery is Friday
3  Package ships on Wednesday with 3 Day select: guaranteed delivery is the following Monday
4. Package ships on Thursday with 3 Day select:  guaranteed delivery is the following Tuesday
5. Package ships on Friday with 3 Day select: guaranteed delivery is the following Wednesday
For 2 Day Air, the delivery would be a day before from what is shown above.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
- The shipping costs will depend on weight and distance from the warehouse. You just need to add items to Shopping Cart and use our "Shipping Estimate" calculator. Shipping quote provided on site is our best estimate.
*In a rare case that the Shipping Calculator estimate is way off the actual rates (normally due to remote locations, or extreme weight) we will contact you right away. We reserve the right to cancel the order where this has occured.
Privacy & Security
We do not save any financial information! We do not share any of your information with anyone! We use the latest in internet  security to protect you during your visit. All our pages are secure and encryped not just the checkout!
Interacting with Customer Support: We have implemented 0 tolerance for abussive language, including yelling when dealing with Customer Support. Your account will banned and blocked if you do not respect this. We do not believe that abusive behaviour is constructive or helpful in any way. Read all the policies on this page before contacting us or using our site for purchases. Thank you!
Returns & Replacements
We do accept returns, and we do send out free replacements in a rare case of a problem. Please note if you are ordering glassware that we recommend ordering a few extra in case of a breakage. While we can replace major breakage free of charge, if only few get broken during shipping we would refund you.
Rules for returns:
-We have a generous 90 days return policy, which means that you can return unused merchandise within 90 days (from the purchase date), for a full refund.*
-There is no restocking fee
-If our warehouse makes a packing mistake we will provide a free return label for the shipment back to our warehouse
-If you ordered a wrong product or want to return the product back to us, you will have to pay to ship it back to us
Please let us know within 7 days if there are any issues with the order.
* NOTE: Personalized products, such as stickers or tags, personalized printed products such as glassware / ceramic are not returnable and are non refundable. This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards: Visa, MC, AmEx and Discover. We try to keep our prices competative, so we do not run promotions.
Orders over $1000 might require identity check or a wire transfer. Orders over $500 might be denied if billing / shipping address do not match.
LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE - we will match or beat any advertised order total price (product + shipping+fees). Use "Contact Us" form at the bottom of every page to email us for price match! You can only request price match when or prior to placing an order.
